Okay hear me out, I know this is irrelevant to sustainability and all, but I didn't just get to a mad number of articles published overnight, and didn't establish my writing style and portfolio in one sitting. It took taking opportunities, practicing in any form, and getting that key experience, which means writing articles not my usual subject to help flesh out my skills.

The five best IQ student properties:
IQ student accommodations is a great place to find your next place whilst studying, but with so many flexible choices, it can be hard to work out what’s best for you! So which are the five best properties on IQ?
In York: The Brickworks
The Brickworks Building is located in Layerthorpe, York only 15 minutes away from York St John university and 25 from the University of York.
The Silver En Suite rooms in particular come from £155 per week and are wheelchair accessible with perks such as a double bed and TV screen in your shared kitchen/living room.
This particular room shares its kitchen with five others, creating a family feel with an open plan kitchen kitted out with a TV and sofa but there are study spaces and storage included with your bedroom.
In Newcastle: Collingwood
Collingwood building is conveniently placed only a minute from the metro and less than a 15 minute walk from both the University of Newcastle and Northumbria University.
From only £129 per week, the bronze en suit rooms offer double beds, en-suit bathrooms and a shared kitchen in a building also having a cinema, gym, games room and roof terrace!
Birmingham: Studios 51
Studios 51 is less than 10 minutes to walk from Aston university and close to Penworks House, another IQ building, meaning residence can enjoy all the facilities of both properties together.
The Bronze Studio Plus rooms from £187 a week come with private study spaces, bathroom and kitchen as well as a double bed!
London: Bloomsbury
The Bloomsbury building in London is located two minutes from Euston train station and within walking distance of UCL and the University of London. Also close by are Kings Cross St Pancreas and the British Library.
The building itself comes with a cinema room, games area, reading lounge and a study hub.
Also on offer are two bed private flats with shared bathrooms, TV’s in the bedroom and double beds within the private flat for £477 a week. This include a furnished living space as well as appliances in the kitchen.
London-Tufnell House
Tufnell House comes with access to the centre of London whilst still providing the country feel. It is close to Camden and a short walk away from Hampstead Heath. It is also within short travel distance of Regent’s University, UCL, University of Westminster, City University and the University of the Arts.
The building itself has an onsite gym, student events, and Wifi, bills and insurance included in the price!
The Platinum couples 1 bed flat is a private flat with a private kitchen, bathrooms and living area with a full sized double bed for £460 per week.
So wherever in the UK you are, there are definitely some brilliant IQ properties that can be your next student home!
